Protest Against Waste and Abuse by Health Insurance Companies  On June 19, 2008, across the nation people will demonstrate against AHIP -- America's Health Insurance Plans -- the insurance industry lobbyists who profit from pain. Their annual convention will be met by thousands of protesters in San Francisco.

 Simultaneous rallies will be held outside insurance companies and state associations in cities across the nation in solidarity with the San Francisco demonstrations and in support of H.R. 676, the "National Medicare for All" Act.
