Be There at 12 noon. 

The House has scheduled a formal session on May 22nd for 1pm with the staffing bill as one of two designated agenda items (the other is a non-controversial issue). We need to mobilize folks to be at the ropes of the hearing and assist the governmental affairs division staff as this process unfolds.  While we are hopeful the vote will occur in the earlier part of the afternoon it is not a guarantee. As a result, we need to plan to have people available for 12:00pm.
