As healthcare and home care workers, we are the best advocates for making improvements in our field and for protecting quality care for our patients, residents and consumers.

On Tuesday, April 1, we are speaking out for them, for ourselves and for our families. We are speaking out for good wages, good benefits, more training options, and to protect funding for our programs and worksites.
